Early evening meal?

***

Prompts me to ask; what time do you all have your main meal of the day?

Us 7-7.30pm; which is 5 or 6 hours before our normal bedtime.

6.00 - 6.30pm. I also eat breakfast around 7.00 - 7.30am and lunch around 1.00 - 1.30.

Mrs P may or may not have breakfast 10.30 - 11.30. She will then not be hungry to eat lunch............around 5.00pm I'll get "What time are we eating? I'm hungry, I didn't get any lunch!" Aaaaaagggghhhh 😵‍💫😵‍💫

It's normally 2 meals a day for me....brekkie then late lunch.
Twas thus today.....a light brekkie then the mega lasagna.
I will be tucked up in bed before 2200.

I eat when I'm hungry, but only have two main meals per day.
Take today, breakfast – fried egg on toast with small portion of beans at 02:30 I was awake
Lunch – home made chicken and mushroom pie at 11:30
15:00 5 biscuits and cheese cup of tea
If you add it all up it will be well under the calories I should be eating
Just checked 481 calories I should have 2150......Oh dear a wee bit short

Is there a difference?

Yep A fart is useful
Earlier today I pondered the usefulness of spiders. As I cleaned numerous dead flies went in the hoover, a number of webs and spiders followed. There were no flies in the webs. Come on guys, get your act together.......come into my house, poo on the windowsills and don't even repay the hospitality by catching flies.

Speaking of flies, there is a loud, buzzy one in our back room who is about to meet his maker. Drives me nuts.

Next I'll make flapjack...........

watch out all flies Paul SB is about to splatter you with a flapjack 🪰🪰🪰🪰
