Good morning all, took the dog out to another of the fields and woods that we go to, and quite a few branches have been broken off by the wind over the weekend.
The rotary washing line has snapped, it's still usable for the moment, but is only about 4 feet off the ground .
I cut the grass yesterday afternoon, and the mower died on me. The switch kept cutting in and out the got quite hot and stopped working altogether. I spent some time trying to find a replacement switch, but it seems Qualcast have stopped making that particular one.
I'm waiting for No.3 to come along.

Other than that, the sun is shining for the time being, so life is sweet.

Hung up a picture in an awkward spot, repaired minor damage to the greenhouse. All is once again perfect at Drago Towers.

I managed to get most of my washing dry in the end.

Doesn't your GP practice offer an app for that?

Mrs D said the same, but I tried opening the app and rubbing my tablet on my Nuremberg's and it hasn't helped.

I think it's more psychological to be honest. I just find stuffing food down my throat almost addictive. Gives you pleasure for the few minutes you do it, then followed by guilt and feeling miserable after it. Rinse and repeat

This thread doesn't help - there's an obsession with food displayed on it.

I can't believe what some members chow down in a day.

Forgot that I was supposed to collect Mrs D's prescription. Nimtim3 to hop on the bike, so dashed out in the car in order to be home in time to meet Mini D feom school at the bus stop.

Had a Dacia Ruster up my arriss the whole way - clearly they're too dense to understand the "The Closer You Get The Slower I Go" sticker in my rear window.

Why on earth would anyone buy a Dacia if they're ever likely to be in a hurry?

Oaty bar for brekky, a solitary bagel for lunch. I'm only 600 or so calories into the day.
