Well the land registry people Got back to me. Apparently on land like ours there is usually people interested in mining and mineral rights and the people the company who lodged the Interest are just acting on behalf of the people who may want to pursue some kind of rights to it. Yeah right. All they were doing was doing a change of address for the party with the mining and mineral interest.

I have no intention of worrying about that sort of thing, especially as it would be out of my control. It does show though that property alerts work.

Boy. The weather is a bit hairy now.

Popped into the bakers for a sourdough loaf ( small local bakery only bakes them once a week) Anything else? That's when I spotted two trays of Bakewell slices at 10p a slice😮 . Evidently the baker messed up the icing resulting in it not setting properly so they were tending to stick together, hence the reduced price. We only purchased four, and they put them in a cake box for us 😁

Feeling stuffed now. Just had beans on toast and thought I'd better try one of the Bakewells, so tasty I ended up eating two 😮

Afternoon submariners its soggy out there went into a charity shop this morning and saw some cycling gear! bib n tights in my size for £4 worth a punt i thought

trains delayed both ways but we made it back OK

Great show last night - Hamilton - funny thing have a musical written about him before he has even stopped driving
in fact I think he has just re-signed for Mercedes

Did learn something - apparently he did a lot over in America some time ago
along - apparently - with a lot of other black people who sang a lot

Oh - and a great voice for a racing driver

Who were panicking, I just asked the question knowing what local train services are like. Throw in the bad weather and they have another reason to slow down, if not stop.

They'd be under your land, not on it. That's the "mineral rights" mentioned earlier.
