Another letter from the NHS My Test Results........No bowel screening 💩
They know how to hang it out, by Friday it will be 8 weeks since the biopsy

Always worse when you get a call from the doctor on the same day, asking if you'll repeat the test.

Best o'luck now your results are known. One thing less to worry about.

Had a CT Scan yesterday
bit worrying as I got a phone call on Friday asking if I could come in on Sunday
Lets just hope it was a cancellation or something!!!

What actually happened was that the phone rang, I answered and wnet through the chat with the person on the other end
which meant I went into the kitchen to check I was free on the calender
my wife was still in the lounge

WHen it was sorted I came and told her what had happened
and finished with "Only thing is - why did the doctor say I needed a CT scan"
answer " because you keep forgetting stuff dear!"

durrrr

results in a week or so

They've been doing scans on Sundays for years. Nowt to worry about.

For some it's the only free day in the week they can get there.

Blue bin day, walking group and then rearrange a couple of sockets in the outhouse. It's a job I have been meaning to get around to for a little while ( more than 20 years 😮 ), that's some proper, hard core, Olympic level prevarication 😁

Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies between 9 and 10 this morning.
I'm hoping that I can get out on the bike for a while to keep the legs ticking over.

Morning all

Moving on today.
Had a disaster with our cassette toilet yesterday; the waste flap mechanism fell apart rendering the whole unit unusable. Fortunately, there is a toilet on site.
We go past a caravan shop on the way up the A30 today. If they've got the part I need, we'll carry on to the next site; if not, we'll cut short our trip and go home.
Seems to be one thing after another on this break!

Good morning all, fabulous blue sky and sunshine here, at least for the moment. A walk is planned.
