I have just 'switched'** my appointment to have my lugholes syringed. I woke with a headache (unusual for me) and assumed it would not last. Unfortunately it's determined to hang about so I have resorted to taking tablets and will try a short kip.

I have gone with a place the hospital recommended. There is also 'blue badge' parking outside.

Netherfield Lidl have finally solved the problem of lazy barstewards leaving trolleys in the bike shelter! Yeah!
Simple solution; completely remove the bike shelter and associated Sheffield stands, and no, they haven't relocated them into a sensible position visible from inside the store. Boo!
The shelter used to be where the yellow hashed lines are in this pic, which also shows typically "parked" Porsche.

@Drago. Re hearing aids. When I said there is a company selling supa dupa hi tech ones for £69.00 you said (and this is on record) that if I could buy one for that price you would wash your y fronts!!!

An excellent course with friendly marshals and a Piper to see the runners on their way. Struggled a bit and Mrs Tkk had a bit of a nightmare with her leg giving her grief over the last three miles. Chilling now watching the ladies Rugby.
