A few years back I use to make my own pasta
had all the tools to do it, but it is very time-consuming for one person
Home made spaghetti for lunch, then I'll go out for a walk.
Good idea. It’s supposed to be good for keeping the blood sugar down if you go out for a walk soon after eating.

Please don't tell me that you make your own doughnuts.......I don't wish to know how you put the holes in them.
What about if you go for a walk with a bag of Maltesers in your pocket and despite deciding to just have the one, you find the packet empty at the end of the walk. Not that that's something that I would do of course 🤔
I have just had my very healthy lunch. It was a single egg.
OK it was fried
And it was on a buttered brioche bun
And it was accompanied by 2 big fat Juicy sausages.
But apart from those minor irrelevant things it was very healthy.
Fried is OK, I use olive oil, I can't be arsed to do poached, I had one blow up on me in the microwave
and spent the next half hour cleaning up the mess.
