Home made as in I cooked it.
A few years back I use to make my own pasta
had all the tools to do it, but it is very time-consuming for one person

You keep going up in my estimation
Please don't tell me that you make your own doughnuts.......I don't wish to know how you put the holes in them.

I have just had my very healthy lunch. It was a single egg.
OK it was fried
And it was on a buttered brioche bun
And it was accompanied by 2 big fat Juicy sausages.
But apart from those minor irrelevant things it was very healthy.

Fried is OK, I use olive oil, I can't be arsed to do poached, I had one blow up on me in the microwave
and spent the next half hour cleaning up the mess.

My friend bought me a gizmo for doing poached eggs.
Took 2 tries to get it right** but now...... 45 seconds in the micro and its done.
**my micro is too powerful so had to work out how to drop power down to 7 out of 10.

Have to drive Her Indoors down south to our little holiday home now for a few days . 140KM trip , leaving the dogs at home , my son is looking after them so they will be absolutely spoiled . Will be nice to go for quiet walks on the beach and chill , appears to staying dry for a while also.
