On the main BBC news it was discussing 'warden power' re' demanding to see poo bags.
The following is just an excerp.

"Yes, in the UK, authorized officers such as council wardens or enforcement officers can demand to see a poo bag or other "means of picking up" dog waste. This is due to local laws, known as Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs), which legally require dog walkers to be prepared to clean up after their pets".

Just got back from a walk with Dash carrying three filled poo bags.

It's not bad outside, a bit cool with a kind of red sky to the west. The forecast is for sun this morning then clouding over by the afternoon.
The leaves in the garden need sweeping up and putting in the green bin, and a bit of general tidying up is needed.

I have risen!

Heavy rain the first part of the night, then the temperature plummeted ater about 0100hrs. Not a problem - with Bruce in bed I was toastie warm without even firing up the heater.

Awoke at 0600hrs the a frost over the dales, but the sun is now out and things are warming up.
