Morning all.
Slept heavy last night. There has been a Muntjac deer seen on the park early morning so my plan was to be there at 0600..... woke up and thought no, its not going to happen.
I may go the the pharmacy. After carrying a heavy ish bag I noticed my middle finger was bruised. Last night it was swollen and completely blue. I can move it and bend it part way as the swelling prevents bending it further.

Rough night last night.. Felt dodgy when I went to bed at about 10:30. Couldn't sleep, stomach churning.
Sometime in the darkness, no idea what time, I thought I'd better head to the toilet. Dizzy, no balance whatsoever.. Ended up, after emptying my body quite emphatically (!) sitting on the side of the bath where I guess I must have blacked out.
Long story short, I fell backwards into the bath, knocking my head on the far edge. That both hurt & brought me to!
Suffice to say, the broccoli in cheese sauce tasted better going down than it did coming back up 🥹
This morning @07:15 felt right as rain!! 🤷♂️

Be careful - blacking out and hitting your head can be a bad thing to do
make sure someone is with you that knows what happened so they can keep an eye on you!

I hate being sick. It often makes me feel faint too.
Wonder what caused it? I wouldn't have thought broccoli and cheese would.

I would blame the cheese personally - evil stuff
but I think stomach problems at night - where you get up suddenly while you tummy is needing a lot of blood flow
can involve a lack of blood being sent to the brain which makes you faint
or something like that

The saga of my poorly finger.
The swelling has gone down to the point were I can now bend it.
Daughter thought it was something called accenbach syndrome were the capillaries burst. Ive Just been to the pharmacist who confirmed it.
Photo of how it is now.....it was swollen far worse last night.

Sent the photo to my Bro who says its a photo of my willy.....no sympathy there then.
