Misty and can't see end of garden but that will soon burn off.
However, off to London today which will be boiling. Eldest has her post graduate ceremony tomorrow so we're going for that.
And the small matter of a bike fit me at the Pinarello store....

Sat with a coffee, garden doors open, Thin Lizzy's Black Rose on the radio. Starts to the day dont get better than this short of Gemma Longworth appearing nude at my front door.

Well - I'm up

weird machinaery noises about 7
and then a bit later

so got up at 8ish - which is about normal

still some going on outside - but at the back and I can;t see what it is

which is annoying

but

all fans on
all windows open - but the ones at the back will need closing soon

You do have a good choice in music imo.
Mine is very varied. I enjoy radio 2 in the morning then switch between Gold, Boom, Planet Rock but I also use my Alexa when I want specific artists on.

Could the noise be your wife digging an oblong 6' deep hole in the garden ? Worth checking.

Back from Aldi. Hardly anyone there.
They have completely revamped the store and it takes some getting used to.
Needed chicken and various veg as tomorrow I am doing a slow cooker full of chicken stew......it will feed us all with a bit left for me to freeze.

The earlier bus is running 5 minutes late and will arrive after 09:30 so I can use my ol' farts bus pass 👌

Up amazingly early at 9am.

Early walk around village before it is too hot and then some gym. Need to be careful on the gym as I have a slight twinge in my lower back caused by digging a large Hebe out of the back garden last week.

Just booked a day out at Chester zoo for the week after next - love that place.

Nothing much on today apart from dossing, still miffed about tomorrow's hill walk cancellation.
