Coooeee. 11 deg here so a lot cooler than of late. I am not complaining though.

Stay safe peeps. :hello:

Similar here at the moment with a high of 24 later which is more than enough for me.

Heading out soon for my pre breakfast walk.

Good morning all.
A cloudy start to the day.
All the usual things to do today, plus a meeting of the Escape committee this afternoon.
The grass out the back is suffering badly. It was just starting to look good after recovering from the heat last year, now it is quite brown and patchy.

Lots of posts to read through since this morning. Physio went well, a minor tear in the glute diagnosed and then some specific exercises to follow. That 1 hour set me back £80 ( initial consultation, history taking etc ). Follow up appointment in 4 weeks if necessary.
Update: it's now tomorrow, someone my post didn't post, so Good Morning from a sunny Dorset. First task is to water the garden then pot up and plant my Eunonymus " Silver Queen ". Apparently this particular variety will automagically convert from shrub to climber if planted against a wall 🤔
Then it's off to collect granddaughter from school for an extended sleepover. Other granddaughter is off to China for six weeks to visit Chinese grandma 😎
Stay cool folks

Good morning. Cool and grey...........and now the weather...... It's a chores morning. I've got a white wash on the line, coloureds are in the machine. A bit of admin to do, breakfast and then it's hoover, dust, polish etc. which has to wait till Mrs P wakes otherwise there will be war. I have a PT session at 3.00pm and very handily will pass both the post office and supermarket on my way there..........great multi-tasking Paul!
