I used to think the banner at the top of the page used some clever algorithm to try and sell you stuff based on your search history .
BUT I now realise it just posts stuff based on who is paying to advertise this month. ie this morning all I have is wall to wall dogfood.
I’ve never ever searched for dog food for the main reason we have never had a dog 😀😀.

Not sure we even had that much rain in Coventry, it was spotting with rain when I went to bed about 12.30am but you cannot tell if you look at the paths and the garden now.
Most disappointing.

Another hot one here 20°C at the moment and going to rise to high 20's low 30's. Heading up to the Pyrenees today to be in place for stage 3/4 of the Vuelta.

I will make a phone call tomorrow.
I had to pay as it was less than 2 years old and I lost it .
How often do yours need recharging ?

They sit in a charging dock thingy.if you dont sit them in they buzz all night.

It certainly used to as I would frequently get ads aimed at stuff I had Googled. I was always amused by the advertisers trying to sell me something I had already ordered or dismissed as not wanted. An utter waste of their time, effort and money.

This morning I have wall to wall watches. I haven't worn a watch in 40 or more years. I have a very nice one somewhere. It's hand wound. The problem is if I wear a watch it will begin to show the wrong time, run slow, fast etc. Leave it to one side on a shelf and it's perfect......................I think my natural animal magnetism is the cause.

Good morning. The forecast is 90% rain and 12-15mph winds. We have clear skies, sun and no breeze. My bike is sat in the yard waiting for me. I can hear her purring with delight in anticipation of the ride that is ahead of us. Anthropomorphism rules. OK.

We did have more rain. 8-10mm again. The growers will be delighted. This is the golden level of rain, gentle, over a prolonged period so every drop is captured and soaks in to the soil. Good news.

Right. I'm off. I need to get my kit on, fill bottles, prepare snacks. It's a great route today into the Ribble Valley, the one downside is a really slow guy is joining us. This is a problem. If we don't announce we're riding we look mean and anti-social. If we do we get someone turn up who simply isn't up to the ride. I suspect we won't wait as we're all sick to death of it. The older we get...................

Morning, crappy night sleep and we have rain and it's cool cold too

Better nights sleep last night and woke up with steady rain on the windows, still not enough though and it's sunny again now.

Early coffee while watching some YouTube (mostly bods building/re-vamping bikes), then muesli mix breakfast and a second coffee and washing up.

Dunno what will happen today yet ,may hop on the turbo to see how I feel while this lurgy is lingering and then will go out Friday if it goes ok. Otherwise usual odd-jobs and lazy-ing around.
