Dressing is vile, extra virg olive oil and a smidge of sea salt will suffice, anything more than that is showing off.
Virg olive oil and an expensive balsamic. I realise the expensive word might prove a stumbling block.

I imagine that, when you're abroad, you only buy from restaurants with pictures of the menu on an A-board outside.
