Main roads in London with hardly any traffic on them during the working day. I just watched The Ipcress File again and was amazed at how quiet the streets were in 1965!

Oh yes, Ladas (already said), Yugos and the older types of Skoda. Allegros, the older types of Minis, Reliant Robins, Ford Escorts, Sierras, Vauxhall Cavaliers, Astras and Novas, the Austin Montego, the original Ford Granadas, the Ford Cortina, and those Rover ones the Police used to use in the '70s and '80s (not the 350s, the ones after that. The SD1??).

Also the old types of Polo, Ford Fiestas, Fiat Pandas, Citroen 2CVs and the ones which had the hydraulic suspension positions you could change whilst driving. All the kinds of Austins, Hillmans, etc etc.

And..... Finally..... The old type of Transit Van! You know, the ones which were a bit rounded and chubby looking.

If, by 'Jazz' you mean scantily clad ladies showing their.... well..... assets shall we say... and not the music, then I have seen them dumped occasionally, but they mostly seem to appear at the side of railway lines for some reason.
