I haven't had a ride for over 3 weeks now due to holidays getting in the way and having put a bit of weight on, due to good eating in France, I think it is important to get the bike out and start riding again. it won't be today though as it is pi***g down here so maybe tomorrow?

I've got a BMX? handlebar stem on the fixie but it's more stable than the last adjustable stem I had.Nicer ride now and more secure.
