Vegetable tagine last night. Paella tonight, unless I change my mind and have aubergine tray bake instead.
Well, just now, for lunch (then subsequent dinners)...
Lambs' liver, bacon and onion casserole. Yum, if you like that kind of thing, not least as the gravy is so rich. And really quick to do, and cheap if you can get hold of bacon misshapes.
Got a slow cooked chilli in the oven. Nice big chunks of brisket that I'll cook until they fall apart. Plenty of spices in the sauce with some Chipotle paste and some coffee.
And a square or two of dark chocolate in there too, I hope...
Didn't have any unfortunately, otherwise I would have done.
If this attempt turns out well I'll probably have another go some time using some of the more specialist chilli varieties.
