New to me but probably 2nd nature to most on here......chicken breast in the airfryer.
I made deep cuts in it, rubbed oil in then liberal sprinkles of......
Black pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Garlic
20 mins at 380°.
Don't ask, I have no idea, it's just what came into my head.
We shall see.

A variation of Caponata, peppers, sun dried tomato, olives and a few shrooms.

A quick late supper of ramen after a round trip to Winchester. Plain dry ramen noodles (the ones from Aldi), vegetable stock, a teaspoon of medium tikka masala curry powder, some chilli oil, a teaspoon of gochujang and a dollop of mayo on the fininshed bowl of noodles.

Easy and satisfying and nicer than anything out of a packet.
 
Well, just now, for lunch (then subsequent dinners)...

Lambs' liver, bacon and onion casserole. Yum, if you like that kind of thing, not least as the gravy is so rich. And really quick to do, and cheap if you can get hold of bacon misshapes.

With lots of mashed potato, or with pappardelle :hungry:
