Shepherds Pie with the rest of the Lamb from Sunday' Eostre dinner. Fair bit of meat left so a big un that'll do 2 meals for the 3 of us (t'other half is in the fridge) served with 'Juliene' Carrots and Purple Sprouting Broccoli
I made Stock with the Bone and a stick of Celery, an Onion and a Carrot plus a few black Peppercorns and what's left of that will go with the 2nd serving as that can be a bit dry.

Full roast chicken dinner: parsnips, carrots, broccoli & peas + roast spuds.
One dinner in me plus one in the fridge for tonight, probably.

The rest has been cut into small portions to be bagged up & frozen to make about 25 dog dinners (minus the spuds)
