Yep, how many times have I left my bike up against that wall, next to the back door so as to shut it so my youngest doesn't escape? I've lost count but tonight, my newish bike fell over and has scuffed the chain stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've heard that nail polish is a good one, but if anyone has done this, or any other process they know works, could they tell us how? Anything that involves me taking things off the frame is a no-no so I'm thinking basic, you know, no great spray job...it is minute and I'm being a bit anal but there you go...

The colour is white and although it is superficial, I'd like to have it sorted.

Maybe use some of that airfix model enamel? I used the British racing green on.my steel framed galaxy...not a perfect match but did the job on tiny stone chips.
