Maybe the wrong place, but I guess we will see the end of Froomes career for sure now.

Hope he’s ok..
Nasty crash for Froomey yesterday....fingers crossed ☹️

Have they given up on Tao coming good?
Don't strike me as a team lacking in GC options.

Can't see him fitting in at Lidl Trek....Movistar seems the obvious choice but doubt they have the budget.
Personally speaking I hope Ineos go for him, like him myself he's definitely got talent.Too many cooks at UAE ?

Where ever he goes they better make sure he is their undisputed number one, there's only room for one ego in Ayuso's team.

He's issued a pretty damning criticism of the management of UAE. The wording and the timing of the announcement.
He usually comes over pretty well in interview - helped by his good English.

Wherever he goes, he's not happy about the timing and wording of the announcement - wasn't supposed to be announced until after the Vuelta

Lidl-Trek make sense in as much as they're a team that are looking to build and strengthen, they've got long term big budget now. Their only GC riders under next season 30 are Skjelmose and Juanpe Carlos and Carlos hasn't extended to '26 yet. While Skjelmose and Tao are two of my favourite riders, one is still a developing prospect and the other hasn't had any form/luck for what seems years. Juanpe, Skjelmose, Tao, Ciccone - Ayuso is an upgrade on all of them at the moment.

Culturally? No idea. Mads P as leader has helped shape a very one for all and all for one team ethic there, which is pretty much what Ayuso is accused of not fitting, but he's still only 22 so who knows?

Ineos also look like a possibility as they're presumably on the lookout for a GC rider.

Movistar also might want him, amd not just for his nationality - his decent TT skills and apparently non-existent team ethic would see him fit their TTT tactics perfectly, splitting them on the hills and soloing to an individual victory.
