If you put the café on ignore, a lot of those will not appear. And maybe a couple of the other "community" forums.
You can still see them by selecting the café from the overall forums menu.

It's inevitable there will be threads on non cycling related topics which is fine.
However, I do wonder how many people regularly ride. I see same posters every day on this forum and only a few ever mention actually going for a ride.

We have a massive D2C service that utilises Royal Mail. Using their signed for service. We have the same problem on a very regular basis. What it is, is that RM don't scan the barcode when it goes through their system. So when it gets to the customer sometimes the postie just hands it over without scanning the barcode. Giving the response you alluded to in your post.
This leaves the post open to fraudulent claims.
What we have resorted to doing is add a sticker to the parcel saying 'Hello Postie, please scan the barcode, thanks'. It does seem to work but we do still suffer from the problem.

Nah - aliens are rubbish - typing is worse than mine
now if only they had not mistyped the instruction - where it said to conduct annual inspections - they might have got more co-operation
(or less - but of the wrong kind)

quite a few of the older people have ridden in the past but no longer do so
other might like cycling as a sport but never do it themselves
some might never have ridden and never wanted to but they seem to be a minority
probably
the name of the forum tend to attract a certain type of person and not others
