Trivial things that make you annoyed beyond expectations?

Whenever is see someone/software/car clock display/etc show a hybrid 12-hour/24-hour time display.

For example, the clock will show 08:00pm where it really should be 8:00pm or 20:00. 08:00 is correct, but 08:00am is not (there should be no leading 0).

Virgin media (other companies probably do the same). I had my renewal through, it basically says "keep what you've got (M350 at £51/month) and we're raising it £7 from April, then £9 the next year". That's what we are stuck with until OpenReach get to us.

But in the next line they say:
"Or grab an upgrade: M150 M200 - £47/month". The strikethrough speed is not what we already have, they are trying to make me look at it and think "great, an upgrade, for cheaper, I'll have that", when in fact they're offering slightly cheaper contract for a much slower speed. Do they think people are stupid?! I hate them

Can we ban people from wearing bobble hats when it's over 10 degrees C outside. You don't need a bobble hat unless it's actually cold.
I *MIGHT* forgive you if you are obviously from a very hot country, but even so...
