Just seen a post of a local forum
It was saying how the local council are terrible because the litter bin on their alley has not been emptied for ages
and it is covered with "poo bags" - many on top or on the floor around it
someone asked if he had reported it
he said - no point - they never do anything
well - no - OK if it is a problem then report it and just maybe something will happen!!
