Tubus Cargo rack fitting question

Hi owners of Tubus Cargo rear rack,

Could you tell me, can the stays that attach the rack to seatstays be rotated slightly upwards? I'm thinking of getting that rack but on the Tubus site all illustrations show the rack with those stays going horizontally or downwards, whereas for my bike it looks like they'll have to go slightly upwards to meet the seatstay eyelets.

Yes. You can move them up/down or inwards/outwards to suit.
