We don't either.
It's a special license which gives access to 3 cat D races, Cyclocross races and some foreign events. E.g with this license I wouldn't need a
medical certificate to enter La Marmotte.

No, already entered city and postal code. “Box/Number” is a required field. Could it be which “wave” you start in?

If I remember the idea last year was to start in a faster pace box so you wouldn't have to work through the slower riders. Us Mellow Velo riders don't get all hung up on the labels like fast or slow. Or even fit or fat.
