Turned down for a job - possible discrimination

Apparently I'm too nice. They need to speak to some of my nearest and dearest!

Ha! I've had the same said to me - except it was during the interview, not used as an excuse later. I'm glad they came out with it then though - it gave me the opportunity to counter by citing examples of where I had been 'not so nice' when required.

Still didn't get offered the job. The sods.
