There is a guy who goes by the same name who does Scottish History programmes. He is ok..... Until he does one of his 'impressions' of a historical figure.

That's Paul MURTON. And he can't speak properly, even when not trying to impersonate a character from history. I hate his affectation in pronouncing things like Victoria (Victawria), more (mawr), etc. He also seems to have only one shirt.
