Personally I feel lycra has no place outside of professional sports so weekend warriors and full on commuters make me shake my head.

So the thousands of members of amateur clubs around the country shouldn't wear their club kit? Mind you, they wouldn't be allowed into a race if they didn't.

It’s actually FPKW in this instance, with the P being Pro obviously. FKW would be full Castelli/Assos/Altura etc.

I embrace the Castelli kind personally. Couldn’t care who thinks what.

I get 3 years out of a pair of cargo shorts, even rubbing on my cambium.

My shorts are cotton and t-shirts merino.

Plus I change at work, bugger all sweat here as I get airflow

Tbh what would grind my gears is the fact that it's Sky - like the ricb kid at achool who wasn'tgreat at football but played in a full Man Utd kit in the late 90s. Pack it in son.
