I was joking but it’s not a myth that vegans are generally miserable holier than though preachers that are just one bacon roll away from happiness.

I've worked with non vegans who are always pale and looked ill. I've also worked with vegans and non vegans who are rarely ill or 'pale', and are in excellent health. So what is your point?

And there's always the requisite negative post about vegans/vegetarians, usually with reference to them needing to eat meat. Go on, next thing you'll post is you're fed up with vegetarians preaching/pushing their ideas on others... This is about as predictable as Godwin's law.

I'm a vegan, have been for around 7 years. I ride a bike to work over 20 miles 6 days a week, do running three days a week and go on 50-100mile cycle once a week. I also don't preach about it, hence me guessing not many people on here know that I am. I could go on a rant about why and what I think about various problems with people eating meat but what would be the point, it's not going to convince anyone.
