What you done?

So it's an EF0 error, you press start and time to get another error code EF3 which apparently means flooded base.

The base is not flooded, its dry as a bone inside and out.

I've drained the pump (small amount of water).

Extremely difficult removing the drain thingy that catches stuff, a few straws in there removed and water drained out.

Still no change.

The only thing I did was to try to remove the clogged up bio powder from the soap tray.

Push the drawer back in, and forget what you have seen.

Comfy armchair to one person & a plank to the next
Someone hasn't been giving it an empty wash on a regular basis!!
Not only that, but some models recommend sticking a sachet of their recommended cleaning product through every so often.

I also generally put cups of washing product directly on top of the washing in the drum. There doesn't seem much reason to use the drawer now that you can buy washing products ready-mixed with fabric softener. I hate gunky drawers.

Can you still get water into the drum, from a jug, via the drawer?

Have the outlet hose feeding into a bowl on the floor.

You mean pour water into the soap dispenser and see if it goes into the drum? Is it meant to do that? Sounds like the opposite of what I need to do if the flood sensor is going off...
