I'd have to check, but that switch is expensive at £4.85!It does indeed click, and as above the error goes away.
Important part, if you turn it on does that droning noise remain.

Unbalanced load?Crap.
Got a cycle running, it filled up and then stopped. No errors this time and nothing I do to the flood sensor makes a difference.
So now the machine is full of water and won't do anything! Doh!

5 mins later. Hold up, it's started working. Hmm.
