I'd have to check, but that switch is expensive at £4.85!

Important part, if you turn it on does that droning noise remain.

Crap.

Got a cycle running, it filled up and then stopped. No errors this time and nothing I do to the flood sensor makes a difference.

So now the machine is full of water and won't do anything! Doh!

5 mins later. Hold up, it's started working. Hmm.

Unbalanced load?

Should it stop again with water in it, use the waste water hose to empty the machine. Save on call-out charges

Yeah you could be right.

Looks like ripping out the float for the flood detector worked (that could never be a bad idea, eh?), ran a full 2hr20 cycle and it's completed.

So I just need to find a replacement polywhatever float thing :smile:
