I seem to only update my failures. A couple of months ago I was caring for my partner post-op (i.e. running up and down the stairs to get drinks and snacks, and doing the housework), and I lost 4 lbs. This spurred me on to a low fat diet and I lost another 4lbs. I have slowly been putting weight on again, and post-Rome holiday am now back to where I started at 12st 8lbs. Today is day 2 of my willpower resurgence. Hopefully I will post next week to say I've lost weight

Surprisingly lost ~1Kg while on hol last week, despite thinking I was eating more treats, must have been the ~9hrs walking I did instead of the usual 5-7hrs cycling, a vast majority of which is outdoors at this time of year and so far has been exclusively on the ebike.

But that 92.2Kg from Sunday is creeping up again, 92.6Kg today, but I've only done 40mins cycling so far this week...Post holiday stress, getting our old recliner sofa downstairs to be collected in advance of new sofa arriving has completely wiped me out.

Managed to lose 2kg on the bikepacking diet last week. Took until Christmas to get the weight back on last year.
