12st 3lb. Put on a lb over last weekend but then have lost 2 in the week. Have also lost 2" off my "around the belly" measure since I started

Not weighed this week. It can get a bit daft standing on the scales daily or every time I've had a good Forest. Ill try at the weekend, see if 225 has arrived yet.
