Temporary blip I hope. I dip into "your ride today" and you have been getting longer and stronger as the weeks have gone by, I am sure you will be back and the fitter you get the better your body combats illness. Best wishes.
Sadly my 5th temporary blip since June 2013. I actually think it's all @ColinJ fault for starting the metric/imperial 50 a month challenge...;)

Goodness @cosmicbike I had to google your affliction, seems one cause is muscle strain, so probably it wasn't a good idea.
Relax, read lots of CC and GWS!
Hope to read a ride report from you by next month :hugs:
Indeed. We are currently cooking in the dining room, which now houses the old kitchen, the new kitchen and the new downstairs bathroom. My wife is really pleased...

Can't be worse than being without washing facilities for 5 weeks - that was me while getting a new bathroom fitted

I thought you were joking, but then I found THIS ARTICLE about Exertional Rhabdomyolysis on Wikipedia ... Yikes - GWS!
Nah, you're alright, mines not the exertional variety. I've been prodded, poked and bits cut out over the past 18 months and still none the wiser..

I'd never heard of any variety of the condition - it sounds really nasty.
