I had that poster but it had Live At Leeds at the bottom and an Easy Rider poster for years on my bedroom walls.

Not a single one... though I did start to paint one wall a dark intense purple one week-end, but got bored and never finished it... out of the house either working or on my motorbike too much to bother.

Mostly Blake's Seven posters, from the monthly magazine. Blutak on the emulsioned walls was frowned upon, but my room had a gloss painted picture rail, so I blutaked the top poster to that, and then another suspended from that, and so on. I had dozens.

Chelsea FC, especially Peter Osgood, Chopper Harris and Peter Bonetti (Bonetti was the first Chelsea autograph I got) . This was followed by a wall full of heavy metal posters. Motorhead, Rush, Raven, Black Sabbath, Scorpions etc

I had an elderly star chart where all the stars were painted in luminous paint to represent the relative magnitudes of the stars in the sky. It was fantastic, and a 'hand me down' as my brother had left it on the wall when I took over his room after he went to Uni.

I did also had some posters of trucks and tractors.
The rest of the walls were mostly album covers, which I still have.

I'm a bit embarrassed to confess to Donny Osmond  In my defence I was only 13. He was replaced a few years later by David Essex ^_^ and I also had a set of art noveau posters featuring languid ladies with lots of trailing drapery. I couldn't afford the whole set of 4 so I saved up and bought them one at a time from the really cool shop in Sunderland where everyone went for posters and records. I still have a thing about Art Deco and Art Noveau design.
