Exactly, but can't be done on a powder coat - the Purple will do. I love the frame, it's done me proud and bent a car or two, and did Snowdon on it.
I still want a Klein frame !

That's the scheme I was going to paint my old second hand GT Avalanche frame
However, when it arrived, I loved the colour and patina that much, I left it and nicknamed it scratchy.

Actually, I think @Spiderweb has got it nailed. A nice metallic burnt orange/copper, maybe with high gloss black forks and black decals. Would be best with black rims/hubs and components for the full effect.

Not keen on orange. I have the same DB graphics as above but in solid white, and needs to remain white I think to go with the wheel graphics

Metallic gunmetal or black green pearl looks fkin ace on skinny steel MTBs. Just make sure you get decals or it'll look stolen.
