I'm one of those who went out and continued to oil the wheels of commerce.

Same here, 12 hours on saturday and sunday, and a 07.00 start on B/hol monday. keeping the the travelling public of London on the move.

Went to London for the weekend. Used the DLR for the first time to get to the hotel , very impressed.
Walking up Wardour Street this morning couldnt have been more amazed at the amount of bikes chained to the lampposts; loads of single speeds , Pashleys and old Peugeots, brilliant. The queue of cars must have been 200 yards long to get on to Oxford Street, plenty of young people threaded their way through on various bikes, lovely.
Saw a young guy on a cargo bike with a huge yellow box attached.
Forgive the ramblings but coming from Birmingham
this is all new territory.

Yep, My kids are all long past that but that brought it all back. Enjoy, they grow so fast.

Absolutely, he says he wants to change his name to Sramuel and he thinks with the hills around here that Daddy did well to get that 11-28.
