I don't ride it in wet conditions. It's just something I like to do, frequent lubing. Being retired and bored it gives me something to do.

I saw some of the replies about the kinds of lubes some were using, and because I buy expensive lube it's like being a bit snobby. Okay, I realize the other were very likely jesting, but not all of them. I believe one guy said he uses olive oil, WD-40 or whatever he has.
