Apart from rim tape and a new valve core, I bought Hadrian's Cycleway: Coast-to-coast cycling from Ravenglass to South Shields for our third C2C in June. The ride is subject to the father in law having a heart valve replacement and being released early enough from hospital for my wife to be happy to leave him with the MiL.

CNC machined in the UK. Thought these look really nice. Shaped rear (Not just squared off or rounded) and ‘fins’ on the body making it slightly different to the norm……

Had a spending spree.

For years I've faffed about with crappy cone spanners.
Lashed out and bought myself some propper cone spanners.

Bought one of those notch tools for opening freehub bodies.

Bought a tub of Mobil XHP222 grease

Bought a tub of 1000 1/8 bearings.

Bought 3 freehub bodies, 2 wrong, one correct (hopefully - when it comes)


Course now I've got all that I'll probably end up binning off this style of rear hub and get a hope type job with cartridge bearings.
