This is my first GRX bike, is there any cable adjusters anywhere?

There should be one on the rear mech where the cable enters(item 11);

The front is a bit trickier as it's adjusted with a small hex nut where the cable is clamped.
This is the parts diagram for an 810 mech but it's mostly the same for all newer front mechs (adjust screw is no 2); I think some older and lower spec ones are slightly different.

Discovered my power idler bearings had disintegrated. Overhauled entire drive train, removing, cleaning greasing, then fitted new chain and power idler.

Same here, never heard of them but then again why would I as never ridden a recumbent.
Power idler sounds like something on my ride on mower!
You will find idlers in such machines as well as cars, lathes etc. All over the place in things that use belts or chains.
You must have heard the term when a car engine is idling.
