I dont listen to music whilst cycling, but if i did it would be Frank Turner,Noel Gallager,Flogging Molly,Miles Kane,Catfish and the Bottlemen,White Lies,Jake Bugg etc..
Im going to see Suede in a couple weeks and maybe Bloc Party a week later.
Wind...the natural kind. (just don't ask me to ride in it), especially on a mountain top, where it screams and fills your ears
Crunching snow (its a cliche but I love the first step onto deep snow when i go skiing)
The little celebration tune my Garmin plays when I complete a ride and the the beep that it makes when i stop in the dark, alone and far from home...keeps me company.
Aston Martin Vantage at 8000 rpm
Spitfire Merlin engine over biggin hill on a Sunday when I ride by (that one was amazing!!)
Sails catching the wind for the first time
A toaster "popping up", always means something nice is about top happen
Buzz of high pressure tyres on smooooooth tarmac
The noise you hear when you are underwater
The echo of a long tunnel
Pearl and Dean music
The sea lapping on a beach
A storm in the distance
Thunder and lightning overhead
The way that a windless snow fall, deadens all the sound and creates a new variation on reality
