Me, week days 7am and a bit later at weekends, maybe 9am but quite flexible really, depending on weather.

7-7.30 weekend

Days off and weekends, no later the 8.30am
I'm not a snoozer either, once I am awake, that's it, time to get up and have a cuppa.

I'm one of those weirdo's that never needs an alarm to wake me.

This should clearly be a poll with various sensible time brackets and then the following options;

• Stupid-o-clock in the morning because I have to go to work for 15hrs!
• I don't work anymore now I have retired (thought I would mention that again, just to annoy all you that are still working) so get out of bed when I want to begin my days leisure activities.
• I am old and never sleep.

Term time I'm awake at 6:30 and up when SWMBO'd is finished in the bathroom (usually 6:50). I then wait for phone call from supply agency. Weekends I wake mid Emerdale Omnibus Saturday. Sunday is more flexible, usually 9 - 9:30 ish.
