What will we be riding in 2112?

For more than a century bicycles have looked pretty much like bicycles. I find myself wondering what they might be like a century from now . I've written a little essay about it here, posing this question

I think you're right (even on hover bikes!) and that is what is so brilliant about it - a 19th century stroke of genius that really hasn't been improved upon

You may be doing that sooner than you think. Trials are ongoing on one system.


As for what I'll be riding in 2112, nothing, I'll not be around unless advances are made elsewhere!
