That's because marmalade is savory.
sausage and bacon bun from Greggs, but had a fire alarm before i could eat it so it had to be warmed in the microwave after i'd dealt with that. It was average, and the FA was a false alarm as usual.

avoiding cereal as i normally have granola and wheat flakes mixed together as im trying not to eat anything to crunchy with my knackered tooth .
daft as its sounds peanut butter on toast is pretty soft if i avoid the crust.

Home modified muesli. (I don't like the big pieces of nut in store bought muesli, so I put some in a food mixer and give it a quick "blitz". Not enough to turn it into sawdust, but enough to break the bigger pieces down). Eat with a little semi skimmed milk and a small pot of yogurt - normally coconut and vanilla flavour......

I keep on having nothing, but the nurse at the surgery today
said "your weight is the same as it was last year"
so having just one main meal a day, plus a light snack
if needed (somethimes I don't bother) in the late evening is doing me good
