Think I read about it in some magazine, supposeto help recovery by 40 % or some ridiculous claim.

Don' remember what it is called but something silly like Goodnessitsgood - you'll know the one.

I love forgoodnessshakes taste lovely and I think they work - to be fair any chocolate milkshake will!

I've had one of these after the last 2 long rides, and I think it does work.
I didn't have any tired muscles the morning after, and I could have quite easily gone for another ride.

But any chocolate milkshake could do the same job.

It's a recovery drink, so you have it after exercise as oppose to during!
