What's your worst cycling experience?

This might be a hard one for some of us cyclists

Getting side swiped as i cycled across a roundabout on my way home from work and ending up sliding across the road on my back.

Hitting a pothole and damaging me and the bike.

Walking into the Trauma Unit and seeing my brother's battered body on a stretcher after his bike accident (he survived).

Breaking my collar bone wasn't exactly a barrel of fun, but I would say that experiencing a really bad bonk (I've had two) is as unpleasant as I can recall.

Fortunately (and touch wood) I haven't had a collision or an 'accident' with a motor vehicle.

Trying to zoom past standing traffic at roadworks on Woodhead pass, by nipping between the cones. Then discovering they were held together with string.

I was cycling to work, and a woman pulled out on me on a round about, she didn't stop when she hit me side on, but tried to keep driving. Most of the weight of the car was on my bike frame and I was under the bike.
