Don't worry - you'd need to be a hillwalker to get it.
On the summit of Tryfan are two pillars of rock about 6 feet high and 4 feet apart, and they're called Adam & Eve.
The tradition is to stand on one and step across to the other. The gap between them and the height off the ground is just enough to give you a squeaky bum moment.

I think I'd like to add my bits to the NHS Spares Heap, then cremate what's left and scatter the ashes on the cycle path near my Dads place.
That's where his ashes are.
Of course, I'd sooner not die at all!
