Agree...shortist but based on what feels good after a ride...CTW limits options and a commercial decision which as we all know is head ruling heart...think dog tired, 20k home in headwind easy!

I Never felt the ctw scheme reduced my options. Every shop I called were delighted to have the voucher with only the 10% additional charge on the voucher value to cover the providers cost, which I do find annoying. That purchase was a mixture of head and heart, a shiny carbon racer with strong wide wheels.
