Yes but it's just weather same as any other weather.
So you're ok with riding in a hurricane? It's just weather, after all...same as any other weather...

1986I don't think we get Hurricanes in the UK, just the tail ends of whats come over the Atlantic, but having said that I've done some rides in the past where it must have been getting close, but its just weather thats all.

Not aimed at OP but in recent months I have heard some of the keyboard warriors state:-)
I don't ride in the dark/wet/cold/wind/winter/snow/ice/
OK I get the snow and ice thing; clearly dangerous without the correct equipment but some folk seem to put their bike into hibernation before the clocks go back ffs.
On the rare occasions I have considered not manning up and getting out there I have never regretted it and it brings a somewhat perverse level of satisfaction. Rule 9 refers. And almost every time regardless of the weather I see other cyclists out there! OK rant over....
I remember that, its the only one I'm aware of, I think it was actually 1987, can you remember the name of the weather man that got it wrong? I was cycling then and probably was pedalling that day.
That must have been Michael Fish reassuring a lady caller that despite what she had heard there was no chance of us being hit my a hurricane.
