Gore Xenon are what I use. Possibly a little too warm when it's over 5 degrees but I've never had cold hands. They have goretex in them so are completely waterproof. The only downside is the cost. Being a bit of a Castelli fan, I have been waiting for them to wear out and replace with a Castelli offering, but they are three seasons in and showing no signs of giving up soon.
