I didn't know whether to put this in commuting or informal rides so opted for here instead. The Woolwich Foot Tunnel has re-opened (see here) on a 24 hour basis but with stairs only as the lifts aren't finished yet. The Greenwich Foot Tunnel is also open on a 24 hour basis until 3rd Jan again stairs only I'm afraid.
